Do you make all the clothing yourself?
Yes! Every romper, set, bummie, and pair of harem pants is lovingly handmade by me in Lismore, Ireland. Each piece is sewn with care using soft, child-friendly fabrics, perfect for little explorers.

Are your clothes true to size?
Yes — all Kathy-Lou pieces are true to size, with plenty of room for comfort and movement.

Our Grow With Me rompers are designed with extended wear in mind, fitting approximately 1–3 years.

What fabrics do you use?
I use soft, breathable fabrics that are gentle on delicate skin — including cotton jersey, French terry, and other child-safe materials. Wherever possible, fabrics are OEKO-TEX® certified.

How do I wash and care for the clothes?
To keep your items looking their best:
• Wash at 30°C
• Do not tumble dry
• Iron on low heat
• Avoid bleach or harsh detergents

Do you accept custom orders?
Sometimes, yes! Feel free to send me a message and I’ll let you know if I’m currently taking custom requests.

How long does it take to make and ship my order?
Most orders are made and dispatched within 1-2 weeks.

During busy periods, this may be slightly longer, but I’ll always keep you updated.

Do you ship outside Ireland?
Yes — I ship within Ireland, the UK, and internationally.

What if I ordered the wrong size?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items.
