All Kathy-Lou pieces are handmade with love in my home studio in Lismore, Ireland.

Ready-to-ship / In-stock items
➡️ Dispatched within 3–5 working days
These items are already made and ready to post.

Custom-made / Not in stock
➡️ 2–3 weeks before dispatch
This allows time to carefully cut, sew, finish, and package your item.

I’ll always keep you updated if there are any changes 💛

🇮🇪 Shipping Within Ireland

Standard Shipping: FREE (limited-time offer while I grow my shop)
Delivery Time: 1–3 working days
Sent securely with An Post.

🇬🇧 Shipping to the UK

Flat Rate: €5
Delivery Time: 3–7 working days

Orders are shipped from Ireland, so delivery times may vary slightly due to customs.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

If something isn’t quite right:
• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Custom orders cannot be returned unless faulty

To start a return, just send me a message — I’ll guide you through the process.

✨ Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect (rare, but it can happen), please contact me within 48 hours so I can put it right as quickly as possible.
